How to make a Bootable Pendrive without any software. This will be only for Windows 7 and Windows 8. Just go step by step:

1. Insert your Windwos 7 DVD if you have. Actually I do not use any DVD or CD so skip this part and download the iso file which is better. Just use any tool to mount your drive: I use UltraISO, PowerISO, whater u find there on internet or try this method from microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38780

2. Insert a minimum 4GB pendrive or bigger.

3. Format your Pendrive and choose NTFS(Select Quit Format and click to start)

4. Open Command Prompt/ CMD

5. type the letter from your pendrive like p:

5. Now you are inside the pendrive so it should be like this:

P:\>

6. Type these Commands

P:\>cd boot (Press Enter on your keyboard)
P:\BOOT>bootsect /nt60 d: (In this case you see the letter from the mount DVD drive which is D

If you do everything how I mentioned above u will get this message

Target volumes will be updated with BOOTMGR compatible bootcode. Etc...

7. Just go back to pendrive letter again:

P:\BOOT>cd\ (After doing this you will get just P:\>)

P:\>

8. Type cls to clean your windows in order to have a clear page.

9. Here we go with the last command

P:\>xcopy p:\*.* /s/e/f d:\ (With this command you're asking to your mount drive D: to copy all files to your pendrive P: )

The process will begin and you must wait for some minutes and then your pendrive will be ready to boot with Windows 7.

That's all folks!
